Fun in the Sun
San Diego Hotels offer you unlimited ways to pamper
yourself, relax, and have fun. With arguably the best weather
in the nation, San Diego is an excellent place to relax and
play.
You might consider staying at the world famous Hotel del
Coronado. This awesome structure, over one hundred years
old, has been the site of many movies and television shows.
For some night time action, check out the Gaslamp
District in downtown San Diego. Enjoy being in the
friendly crowds as you experience the multitude of restaurants,
movie theaters. Be sure to walk to Horton Plaza a
multi-level shopping center.
Your next morning's venture from your San Diego hotel, can
include Old Town. You can see San Diego as it existed
in years past.
Be sure to see Seaport Village which is not far
from the Gaslamp District. If you wish, you can take the
journey in a bicycle powered rickshaw. The drivers are friendly
and knowledgable of the area.
On Sunday morning, you might wish to visit the Self
Realization Fellowship in Encinitas, north of San Diego.
The beautiful grounds, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, are a
wonderful place to get quiet, relax, and meditate.
If you're into hiking, and don't mind
driving to get to your starting point, you will want to
consider Cleveland National Forest. You might even
be able to frolic in the snow in the summertime.
Whatever you decide, you'll feel great when returning to
your favorite San Diego hotel.
